Don't Say Good Luck (Happy Madison)Aug 20, 2026 · 1 hr 25 minSunny Sandler’s Don't Say Good Luck (2026) Review 🚨You can now watch a video version of our podcast on our YouTube channel🚨 Bacon, Marie Maloney, and Caleb George reunite to review the 2026 Netflix release Don't Say Good Luck, starring Sunny Sandler as a high school theater kid navigating her breakout role in Waitress while her mother faces a terminal cancer diagnosis. The trio breaks down whether Happy Madison's attempt at a grounded, Meyerowitz Stories-style drama succeeds or falls flat under the weight of "Nepo Baby" expectations. • The High School Theater Pipeline: Evaluating the hyper-relatable theater kid tropes, awkward stage-kissing protocols, and high school drama politics. • The New Jersey Twin-Production: Why Adam Sandler filmed Don't Say Good Luck and Sadie Sandler’s Roommates simultaneously in New Jersey. • Heavy-Hitter Cameos: The panel reviews standout performances from Melanie Lynskey, Steve Buscemi, Bebe Neuwirth, and Jon Lovitz. • Dramatic Chops vs. Comedic Timing: Analyzing Sunny Sandler's performance and whether she can pull off heavy emotional scenes. • Listener Mail & Wayans Values: Shouting out listener Matthew’s complete Sandler ranking and Donovan’s Wayans Family Values podcast. • The Official Ranking: See if we rank this above the other Sandler Sister's film, Roommates. Released during the legendary movie year of 1999, Lost & Found arrived in theaters alongside films like 10 Things I Hate About You, Go, Analyze This, and Life Is Beautiful, making it easy to see how this unusual comedy slipped through the cracks. But does it deserve its reputation, or is there something worth rediscovering? The crew breaks down the film's bizarre premise, David Spade's performance as a leading man, the movie's troubled romantic setup, its box office run, and where it fits within the larger universe of Sandler-adjacent comedies. Along the way, they discuss Spade's career after Saturday Night Live, late-1990s comedy trends, memorable scenes, and whether Lost & Found works as either a romantic comedy or a vehicle for one of Adam Sandler's closest comedic collaborators. If you enjoy deep dives into Adam Sandler movies, Happy Madison productions, David Spade films, Saturday Night Live alumni, 1990s comedies, movie reviews, movie rankings, and comedy film history, this episode is for you. Adam Sandler Film School explores the movies that helped shape the Sandler cinematic universe, one strange forgotten comedy at a time. Today, the full crew of Bacon, Marie Maloney, and Caleb George are back to review Sadie Sandler’s leading turn in the 2026 release, Roommates. This episode is all about the "N-word" of Hollywood: Nepotism. We analyze a cast stacked with nepo babies and discuss how Adam Sandler’s production company is the only thing that gets these projects off the ground. We aren't here to bash the talent, but we are asking the real question: Is the next generation of Happy Madison actually ready for the spotlight? What’s inside this retrospective: Sadie Sandler Analysis: We break down her performance in Roommates and decide if she has the "Sandler Spark." The Nepo Baby Cast: Identifying the familiar faces and family ties that fill out this 2026 production. The Ethics of Nepotism: A nuanced discussion on why family favors in film aren't always bad, but often come with roles the actors aren't ready for yet. A New Direction: Our final verdict on why Sadie Sandler needs to branch out and leave the "Dad-made" movies behind. Rewatching Deuce Bigalow European Gigolo (Rob Schneider)Dec 24, 2025 · 1 hr 21 minWe dive back into the Sandler Cinematic Extended Universe by revisiting Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo, a movie Caleb George and Robert Bacon had already survived, but first-timer Marie Maloney had escaped… until now. Watching it together turned into a genuine blast, because this is a great bad movie: it moves at a breakneck pace and is stuffed with truly unhinged 2005-era gross-out humor, including a woman with a penis for a nose and Rob Schneider in a diaper. We break down why this thing somehow works as trash, laugh at how absolutely insane it is, and celebrate the rare joy of a movie that knows exactly what it is and never slows down. 💗 PLEASE STOP WEBSITE 💗 AdamSandlerPleaseStop.com 📈 EVERY ADAM SANDLER FILM RANKED 📉 Marie's Rankings – https://boxd.it/gVg1o Bacon's Rankings – https://boxd.it/2ZVtq Caleb's Rankings – https://boxd.it/qqkzi 🔥 ADAM SANDLER PLEASE STOP SHOP 🔥 bitsbybacon.threadless.com/collections/adam-sandler-please-stop 🎥 EVERYTHING BACON MAKES 🎥 ChicagoBacon.com 📟 CONTACT US 📟 Instagram: @adamsandlerpleasestop Website: AdamSandlerPleaseStop.com Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/adam-sandler-please-stop--2896668/support.

Rewatching Barnyard (Kevin James)Nov 7, 2025 · 1 hr 22 minSome movies stay with you long after they’re over, and none more than the 2006 animated cult classic Barnyard, starring Kevin James. We wrap things up with all the latest news on upcoming Adam Sandler and Kevin James movies you won’t want to miss. 🎬 PLOT 🎬 Otis is a carefree Holstein steer who lives on a farm where the animals secretly walk, talk and party when humans aren’t watching. His adoptive father Ben is the responsible leader of the barnyard community, constantly reminding Otis to grow up and take things seriously. When Ben falls in battle trying to fend off a pack of coyotes that threaten the farm, Otis is thrust into the leadership role. Faced with the responsibility he’s always avoided, he must step up, protect his friends and family, and take the barnyard seriously, no more late-night partying and shirking duties. Guns Up (Kevin James)Sep 19, 2025 · 1 hr 39 minKevin James is back, but not in a way anyone asked for. His latest movie Guns Up 2025 tries to be John Wick with mob codes, diner dreams, and a lot of gunfire. We watched it so you don’t have to, and in this episode of Adam Sandler Please Stop, we’re breaking down exactly why it fails. From the incoherent plot and lazy mob clichés, to Kevin James’s limp performance and Christina Ricci single-handedly saving the movie. We’ll talk about Edward Drake’s controversial writing during the WGA strike, Luis Guzmán’s phoned-in acting, the true meaning of “family night”, and why Kevin James is completely exposed when you strip away the comedy. 🎬 PLOT 🎬 Ray Hayes (Kevin James) is a former cop turned mob enforcer trying to leave the life behind to open a diner with his wife Alice (Christina Ricci). But when his mob “family” is taken over by Lonnie (a cigar-chomping villain with one eye), Ray is forced into one last bloody night. Along the way, we meet Irish Danny (the only good actor here), Luis Guzmán with a dagger cane, and a parade of henchmen who apparently don’t know how knives work. By the end, Ricci’s character, not James, is the real hero, proving the movie should’ve been hers all along. It’s messy, boring, and destined for Tubi. Kinda Pregnant (Happy Madison)Aug 20, 2025 · 1 hr 24 minHappy Madison is back, but this time with an Amy Schumer vehicle called Kinda Pregnant. How does this new release compare to other Happy Madison films that don't star Adam Sandler? We watched it so you don't have to, and we're breaking it all down in this episode.Tune in as we discuss where Kinda Pregnant ranks among the worst Happy Madison movies, and if it's worth your time. We'll give you our honest takes on the film, the performances, and the story. 🎬 PLOT 🎬 As a child, Lainy plays a mom giving birth, with her best friend Kate. After they grow up, both are teachers at the same school. Kate is married and becomes pregnant. When Dave, Lainy's boyfriend of four years, invites her to dinner and asks her to participate in a threesome, she loses her cool as she was expecting a proposal. In her class the next day, she burns her students' books and sets off the fire alarm. Kate tells Lainy about her pregnancy when they meet up for lunch. Next day at school, Lainy learns that another younger teacher Shirley is also pregnant. Lainy and Kate go to a maternity clothing store, where she puts on a fake pregnancy belly. She is happy with people on the street wishing her well and treating her with respect. She dons the fake belly and visits a Prenatal Yoga class called "Mamaste", where she befriends Megan, a pregnant woman. Megan invites Lainy to her home for dinner, where she again meets her brother Josh (who she first met at a coffee shop) and husband Steve. Her belly accidentally catches fire and while patching it up, she talks to Megan for a while, who thanks Lainy for giving her strength, so Lainy continues faking her pregnancy. Lainy's co-worker, Fallon, is aware of her faking her pregnancy and tells her to stop, but Lainy does not listen. At a children's store, Megan's son sees Lainy and Kate and observes the lack of baby belly. Steve and Megan are also there, but Lainy hides so they cannot see her. Josh calls Lainy for a date on an ice skating rink and then on a City Cruises Yacht dinner and dance. They bump into Dave, her ex-boyfriend, who believes her when she says she got pregnant during a Thanksgiving Black Friday sale. Megan visits Lainy at her school, inviting her to join her at a therapeutic class for pregnant women. Lainy grabs a helium balloon beneath her dress in lieu of the fake belly to make it appear as if she is pregnant. Fallon also shows up at the class, pretending to be pregnant. When visiting Megan to babysit her son, Lainy kisses Josh; they go into the garage, his bedroom here. Before they have sex, she insists Josh keep on an eye mask and keeps her shirt on to keep her fake pregnancy from being discovered. They have sex in the cowgirl position, during which the garage door opens by mistake. After Josh admits he feels he can really trust her and believes they could make it together with the baby, she leaves abruptly, saying she cannot continue with him. Lainy confides to Fallon about getting rid of her (non-existent) baby and is overheard by Shirley, who tells Kate about it. At Kate's joint baby shower, Megan, her husband and Josh arrive upon Shirley's invitation. Lainy places a roast chicken up her dress to keep up the fake pregnancy, but when confronted about it, drops the chicken and tells everyone she is not really pregnant, whereupon the upset Megan and Josh leave. Kate and Megan both reconcile with Lainy. She finally tells Josh she loves him and her real name. Dave visits Lainy, who first lies to him saying he is going to be the father of triplets and then watches his relief when she removes her fake pregnant cushion. Lainy goes back to teaching when one of her students tells her there is a Zamboni outside. They all go out to meet Josh, who confesses his love for her. They ride the Zamboni, accidentally causing extensive property damage on the way from the school. 📈 EVERY HAPPY MADISON FILM RANKED 📉 CALEB’S LIST BACON’S LIST 📈 EVERY ADAM SANDLER FILM RANKED 📉 MARIE’S RANKINGS BACON’S RANKINGS CALEB'S RANKINGS (ONGOING) 🎥 PLEASE STOP VIDEOS 🔥 ADAM SANDLER PLEASE STOP SHOP 📟 CONTACT US 🧑‍⚖️ INTERNET SUPREME COURT Bacon hosts a comedy live-stream that's your weekly court of laughs, chaos, and cultural commentary.
